to join our growing Urology Department at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, Illinois.

Surgeries will be performed at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital (CRMH), a 25-bed Critical Access DNV accredited facility with 5 OR's that serves 8 southeastern Illinois counties (109,000+ individuals)
CRMH offers a comprehensive range of surgical services including: General, Oncology, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Otolaryngology, Urological, Podiatric, and Bronchoscopes
Outreach to better serve patients in the surrounding rural communities
Potential for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine
Excellent base pay with incentive opportunity

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $650,000 - $705,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
