Seeking an experienced CFO to provide strategic financial leadership during a transition period. The ideal candidate will bring strong vision, cash management expertise, and the ability to partner with executive leadership and the Board. This role requires a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and managing professional service relationships. Key Responsibilities
Lead all financial operations, reporting, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Provide strategic financial guidance to leadership and Board committees. Manage banking, audit, and investment relationships. Supervise finance team and ensure continuous improvement of systems and processes. Support grant and restricted fund accounting. Qualifications
Extensive CFO-level experience in nonprofit organizations. Strong strategic planning, cash management, and Board presentation skills. Familiarity with Sage Intacct (preferred but not required). CPA or equivalent financial leadership background highly desirable.
