If you are unfamiliar with these requirements, please seek the advice of legal counsel. )* 5 - 7 years’ experience in public health, community health, community engagement, not-for-profit, or health and human services.* At least 5 years of experience managing community-based programs and personnel required.* Experience conducting health promotion activities including screenings, navigation, education, and relationship building required.* Experience with program budgeting and financial management preferred* Demonstrated experience cultivating, managing, and maintaining complex community relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.* Experience working in close partnership with evaluation, operational, clinical, and administrative leadership to identify goals and create pathways to achieve the goals.* Experience utilizing data as a tool to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.* Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to tailor messaging to meet the needs of the audience.* Experience planning and hosting community events, listening sessions, trainings, and other community-based convenings.* Ability to act strategically and with flexibility to operationalize multiple competing tasks, priorities, and deadlines, asking for help and delegating as needed.* Ability to recruit, train, and mentor staff with a particular emphasis on employee development.* Effective financial and analytical skills, including ability to develop and monitor budgets.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.* Experience with Survey Monkey Apply preferable • Knowledge of the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) processes preferred.Combat disease.
