Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Patient Care:

Patient Relationships:
Develop long-lasting relationships with patients, ensuring a positive, comfortable experience while providing thorough education on treatment options.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a dynamic team, fostering a positive and productive environment that aligns with the practice's values and goals.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience is required to be considered
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a dental team effectively
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
