Scheduling Options
Flexible shifts: 8, 10, 12, 13/14, 16 hours – choose your preferred pattern and know shift dates years in advance.
Patterns offering 200‑260 days off per year while maintaining full‑time pay and benefits.
Case Variety
Orthopedics, neurosurgery, cardiovascular, robotics, ENT, urology, interventional radiology, general surgery, obstetrics (no pediatrics, no burn unit).
Balance high‑complexity, critical‑thinking cases with straightforward, routine cases.
"There’s a sweet spot between ‘bored’ and ‘burnt out’ – the reason why I stay here is it’s right in the ideal middle. I get to do cases that make me think critically & are mentally stimulating – but it’s balanced with plenty of straightforward cases too." – a current CRNA
Compensation & Incentives
Base salary up to $280,000 plus additional lucrative earnings.
Up to $80,000+ in signing incentives, training stipend, and relocation support.
