Job Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performance sales team through accountability management principles
Oversee the training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations
Job Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and excellent written/verbal communication
Ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items at once
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Track Record
High customer satisfaction index (CSI) and sales volume
Long‑term stability in previous employment
Product knowledge, with a love for being involved in the deal rather than just an administrator or “numbers guy”
