At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.*** Lead and develop Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Calibration, and Controls teams to ensure operational excellence.* Drive initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.* Apply lean principles and data-driven decision-making to improve processes.* Manage and implement large-scale projects that deliver efficiency and cost savings.* Partner with multifunctional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.* Build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and lean transformation.* Ensure compliance with Safety, GMP, FDA Quality System Regulation, ISO, and AATB standards.* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.* Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or managerial position.* Proven large-scale project management experience.* Experience in Bio-tissue or Pharmaceutical operations preferred.* Strong knowledge of Quality Systems and Good Manufacturing Practices.* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.**You. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
