We are partnering with a top-ranked national Am Law firm known for its sophisticated work, commitment to innovation, and strong culture of collaboration. The Downtown Denver office is one of the firm’s fastest-growing locations, having nearly doubled in size in recent years. Locally, the team is especially strong in Trusts & Estates, Energy, Labor & Employment, and Digital Assets & Data Management (DADM). The office is known for its dynamic, tech-forward environment, with many attorneys under 40 who bring fresh energy, modern thinking, and a highly collaborative mindset.
As the Denver office continues its significant growth trajectory, they are seeking an HR Generalist to support the Office Administrator in a variety of HR and recruiting functions. Candidates should bring a minimum of three years of HR experience, with legal industry experience strongly preferred. This person needs to be proficient with CO FAMLI leave paperwork - leave of absence policies, benefits administration, candidate onboarding, and recruiting. This role is fully in-office and ideal for someone who thrives in a polished, high-expectation professional environment.
Role Details: HR Generalist
This position offers an exciting opportunity to support the office’s growth while gaining hands-on experience in HR, attorney recruiting, office operations, and law student programs. Reporting directly to the Office Administrator, this role is essential in keeping the office running smoothly and professionally.
Job Duties:
- Candidate Onboarding
- Process CO FAMLI leave paperwork - leave of absence policies
- Benefits administration
- Legal recruiting through local law schools
- Provide administrative support to office leadership, including data management, scheduling meetings, and assisting with networking events
- Manage vendor coordination and guest access
- Support the law student outreach and summer associate program
- Assist with the firm’s scholarship program
- Conduct initial interview screens for staff roles
- Assist with HR processes, onboarding tasks, and personnel documentation
- Serve as a key support partner to the Office Administrator in all recruiting and HR-related functions
- Maintain professionalism in a traditional, client-focused law firm environment

Salary Range:
• $75K–$85K DOE
Schedule: 100% in-office, Monday–Friday
