Compensation & Schedule
• $18/hr
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
ROLE IMPACT As an Outbound Dialer Agent, you’ll support sales pipeline development by initiating outbound calls and transferring interested prospects to the appropriate sales staff. Your performance will directly impact campaign success and customer engagement outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Place outbound calls using automated dialer systems based on campaign lists • Engage potential customers with clear and professional communication • Accurately identify customer interest and transfer to sales representatives • Meet daily call volume and successful transfer targets
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 1+ year experience in a call center or customer service environment • Proficient verbal communication and listening skills • Ability to follow scripts and meet performance metrics • Reliable attendance and punctuality required

PREFERRED SKILLS • Previous experience in a sales-support call center • Familiarity with lead generation or customer acquisition campaigns
