Pharmacy Technicians
to join our Fulfillment team. In this role, you will support the preparation and distribution of prescription medications, ensure accuracy in fulfillment processes, and assist in resolving prescription-related issues. This position plays a key role in supporting patient care through efficient and accurate pharmacy operations.
Pharmacy Technician – Fulfillment Location:

Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM Pay:
$18/hr
Key Responsibilities Prepare and process prescription medications using the pharmacy fulfillment system. Handle prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejections and completing patient or prescriber outreach. Enter accurate member demographics and prescription data into the processing system. Investigate and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and escalated member concerns. Escalate clinical or processing questions to a Pharmacist for interpretation or further direction. Assist with inbound and outbound calls to patients, physicians, or other healthcare professionals. Perform additional duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations.
