Cath Lab Tech Highlights $80.00 per hour

Full-time contract position

4 days per week,

9.5-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

STEMI

on-call required

Department: Cardiac Catheterization Lab

Hands-on role requiring both

scrub and monitor

experience

Cath Lab Tech Responsibilities Prepare and prep patients for cardiac catheterization procedures, PCI (STEMI), and related interventions

Assist physicians during procedures (pre-, intra-, and post-procedure)

Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data

Assess and manage vascular access sites and communicate findings to the physician

Adhere to cath lab on-call protocols

Prepare patients for procedures including peripheral vascular, pacemaker, and interventional radiology cases

Cath Lab Tech Requirements High School Diploma or GED

Licensed Radiologic Technologist

or

CVT

Direct and current Cath Lab experience required

Experience scrubbing and monitoring procedures

BLS and ACLS required

IABP experience required

Ability to participate in STEMI on-call rotation

Preferred Qualifications RCIS certification

Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist, Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or Invasive Radiology background
