Associate Principal
or
Principal Geotechnical Engineer
to expand and develop our
geotechnical engineering practice
companywide.

Responsibilities:
Project management: client development, project scoping, team management, schedule and budget oversight, client expectation management
Technical leadership: applying sound engineering judgment, understanding codes and practices, collaborating across disciplines, handling forensic, problem-solving, and remediation projects, preparing client deliverables, reviewing work, and conducting field work
Mentorship: fostering knowledge sharing and career development within the team
Contributing to practice growth: engaging with clients, sharing knowledge internally, and participating in industry organizations
Qualifications:
Licensed Geotechnical Engineer in relevant state(s)
Master’s or PhD in geotechnical engineering or related field
20+ years of relevant experience (25+ preferred), with expertise in soil conditions, foundation design, investigation methods, remedial measures, slope stability, and settlement issues
Self-motivated with a problem-solving approach
Excellent communication skills
Physical Requirements: Must meet physical demands including travel, field observations, working at heights and in hazardous environments, operating equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs., and driving.

The estimated starting salary range is $128,550 - $214,250.
