We?re looking for board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to join a high-performing team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina?one of the fastest-growing counties in the U.S.

This is a rare opportunity to work in a community-focused, innovation-driven healthcare setting that combines high-acuity emergency medicine with lifestyle-oriented scheduling and long-term career growth.

Schedule & Workload:

• 120 hours/month minimum (12-hour shifts); additional shifts available with no cap
• Average patient volume: 1.8?2 patients/hour
• Main ED daily coverage: 4 physicians & 3 APPs
• No call responsibilities
• Shift scheduling supports work-life balance and sustainability

• Closed ICU with 24/7 in-house intensivist support
• On-call surgicalists to support ED needs
• Designated Chest Pain Center with STEMI alert protocols and 24/7 interventional cardiology

• Annual ED volume: 50,000+ visits
• Low transfer rate ( 2%) with well-established protocols for high-acuity transfers
• Opportunities to mentor residents and medical students (clinical teaching only?no lecture obligations)
