? Job Setting: Outpatient memory/cognitive neurology clinics (Sutter Sacramento or Roseville)
? Types of Cases: Alzheimer s disease, dementia, cognitive impairment, memory evaluations only
? Credentialing: 30-60 days; temporary privileges may apply
Minimum Requirements for Consideration
? Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC Only Neurology with Memory/Cognitive/Behavioral subspecialty
? Licensure: Active CA medical license & DEA
