Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, compassionate primary care to adult and senior patients

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

Develop personalized care plans focused on prevention and wellness

Collaborate with care teams to optimize outcomes and reduce hospitalizations

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

Partner with clinic leadership to achieve patient care and quality metrics

Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain)

Current DEA license

Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
