Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PNP/FNP/PA to join our
pediatric healthcare
team. As a PNP/FNP/PA, you will provide high-quality primary and specialized care to kids from birth to 22 years of age. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive medical services. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions - Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team - Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs - Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions - Collaborate with specialists to coordinate care for patients requiring specialized treatment - Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records - Adhere to medical office standards and protocols for quality assurance and patient safety Skills: - Valid Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in Texas and certification - Experience working in a medical office or clinical setting - Proficient in electronic health record systems - Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions - Knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines and ability to apply them in patient care - Experience working with children of all ages - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients and community!
