An award-winning, independent, 144-bed community hospital that servescentral and southern Vermont and eastern New York State is adding a Family Medicine Physician for a community practice site. This is a multi-site FQHC serving 80% of the primary care needs in central Vermont.

About the Opportunity:

• Four-day work week
• Fully integrated electronic medical record and practice management system with robust interfaces with our local hospital
• After-hours call (triage only) is shared among sites
• Call responsibility is minimal
