Call: None Practice Details Patient Population: Adults, Medicare, Medicaid Average Patients per Day: Support Staff: 1 hygienist, 1 dental assistant Clinical Scope Procedures: General dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges, xsgimln hygiene, basic restorative) Solo practice: provider must be comfortable working independently Additional Perks: Travel Malpractice covered
