**Role Overview** Join a creative and innovative team that makes a positive impact on the patient experience. Sodexo is seeking a **Environmental Service Manager** for Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, located in **Livingston, New Jersey.** Barnabas is a 500 bed facility, overseeing a team of 20 union staff. This manager will oversee the Environmental Service and Linen Distribution departments.This position will oversee **3rd** **shift (11pm-7:00am)** ,with rotating weekends and willreport to the Operations Manager on-site at this full service account, where all the staff is on Sodexo's payroll. This is in a suburban setting, union environment for a a large blue chip system. The expectations for this position is to run a high performance and high efficient program around bed turnover, patient engagement, housekeeping, and floor care projects. **What You'll Do**

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores in a high demand environment;
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• lead custodial teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
• effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
• support an inclusive workforce.
