Location
Remote (USA only – PST hours preferred)
Salary & Type
Salary: USD 30 to USD 40 per hour
Type: Part‑Time, 6‑month contract (possibility for extension or conversion to full‑time permanent)
Working Hours: Around 10 hours/week
Reports to
General Counsel
What You’ll Do
Contract management: Draft and review various agreements, including Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), service agreements, and employment contracts.
Document management: Organize and maintain legal and other documents and records.
Liaison: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Legal research: Conduct legal research on various topics as needed.
Administrative support: Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
What You Bring
2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
Experience working cross‑functionally and with external business partners.
Strong communicator and collaborator.
Attention to detail.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a big plus.
Fluency in digital tools and a fast learner who embraces new technologies and methods.

Ability to attend the San Jose office occasionally for physical records management.
