Enterprise Medical Recruiting seeks a physician passionate about urgent care to work for a large group 16 miles north of Boston, Massachusetts. Treat medically complex patients with new complaints and chronic disease exacerbations with a quaternary hospital's resources. About the position: 37 physicians and 17 Advanced Practice Providers No night call and no more than one weekend/month Practice in a unique urgent care center environment in an academic setting EPIC EMR Subspecialty consultation, real-time laboratory testing, and access to advanced imaging No primary care responsibility Shift-based work with coverage on days off Protected time to attend high-quality, weekly medicine grand rounds with CME Opportunities for medical student and resident education, if desired Who we are seeking: Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Eligibility for or current licensure in Massachusetts Experience working with Advanced Practice Provider colleagues About the benefits: Flexible shifts Pay starts at 240k Incentives and bonus Robust benefit package Malpractice About the location: 16 miles north of Boston It is a short drive to the mountains, lakes, and seaside of New England Cultural opportunities Great schools JV-9
