This opportunity is full time (32 hours/week) or part-time (24 hours/week) and offers full benefits. We are currently hiring for evenings (3pm - 11pm) and overnights (11pm - 7:30am) for the inpatient adolescent psychiatric unit. There is opportunity for overtime, and to cover various shifts if interested. This position is eligible for a $5,000 Sign On Bonus!

Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse in the Adolescent Behavioral Health unit, you will 1) provide comprehensive nursing care to adolescent patients, 2) collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, 3) implement individualized care plans, 4) monitor patient progress and respond to emergent situations, and 5) support families and family members throughout treatment. You will also 6) maintain accurate documentation, 7) participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, and 8) adhere to institutional policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Current MA RN License

Behavioral Health Experience is a plus
