About the Role Our team is looking for passionate, responsible, and caring
Resident Care Aides (RCA) or Certified Nurse Assistants .
Responsibilities
Daily bathing, dressing, personal hygiene
Incontinence/peri‑care
Redirection to promote independence
Obtaining accurate vital signs and reporting changes in resident health status
Documenting resident health status appropriately
Assisting or accompanying residents for appointments if assigned
Reporting concerns to Director of Nursing, Administrator, or Charge Nurse on shift
Requirements Entry level
