Your Role as a Producing Branch Manager As a
Producing Branch Manager , you’ll lead a high‑performing team while personally originating loans. You’ll be responsible for:
Driving loan production through strategic sales and business development.
Recruiting, training, and mentoring top‑tier Loan Officers.
Managing branch financials to ensure profitability and growth.
Building strong referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and community partners.
Developing and executing a branch business plan to maximize success.
Providing expert guidance to borrowers, helping them choose the best loan options for their needs.
Qualifications
5+ years of mortgage banking or retail branch banking experience (including 1+ year in a leadership role).
A strong network of referral partners and a proven ability to drive sales.
Deep knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory guidelines, underwriting, and closing procedures.
Active NMLS license.
A passion for leadership, mentorship, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
