is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to collaborate closely with our Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in providing the highest level of care to our residents.
Salary:
Up to $53.

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the DON and ADON to assess and oversee daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring strict adherence to rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Ensure all nursing personnel execute their job roles proficiency.
Participate in facility surveys (inspections) conducted by authorized government agencies.
Conduct daily rounds of the Nursing Services Department to ensure all standards are met.
Investigate complaints and grievances brought by department personnel and report findings promptly to the Director of Nursing Services.
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications & Requirements
Active RN License in the State of New York.
