Pay Range $200,000 - $400,000 per year, featuring a guaranteed base salary plus production bonuses.

Qualifications
DDS/DMD degree
Endodontic Certificate from a university accredited by the California Dental Board
Active California State Dental Board license
Active Malpractice Insurance
DEA, CPR and NPI required
Responsibilities
Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience
Collaborate with an entire office team to promote trust, connection, and relationship with patients and one another
Understand how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
Proactively address patient concerns and provide insight and comfort regarding their dental treatment

Full back‑office support by Specialty Managers, Specialty Assistants, Floor Supervisors, RDAs, DAs, X‑Ray Techs and Sterilization Clerks
