Branch Operations Lead - Shops at Stonebridge - Cheshire, CT
Base pay range: $25.87/hr - $31.73/hr
At Chase, we are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our clients and employees. As a Branch Operations Lead, you will work closely with the Branch Manager and branch team to ensure precision and care in client transactions while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch.
Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
Introduce clients to self‑service options to simplify their banking experience.
Work closely with the Branch Manager to support all aspects of branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
1+ years of retail banking experience.
High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Strong detail orientation, organizational skills, and leadership ability.
Passion for educating the branch team and engaging with clients.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience.
College degree or military equivalent.
Training and Travel Requirement
Complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program before placement.
Be able to travel as required for in‑person training and meetings.
