Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area for a Director of Residential Services. The Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential services, manage staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Develop and manage programs for residential services.
Monitor budgets and financial operations.
Supervise residential staff and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote and enhance service delivery.
Foster a supportive environment for clients.
Qualifications
Experience in Human Services, with a strong understanding of supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Proven supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team effectively.
Expertise in program management and program development, including creating, implementing, and evaluating residential services for clients.
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management to ensure fiscally responsible operations.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Experience in compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining health and safety requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in a leadership role within a human services environment is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.

Location & Salary Washington DC-Baltimore Area – $110,000.00–$175,000.00
