A high‑volume automotive dealership in South Florida is seeking an experienced leader to head its Commercial Truck & Fleet Sales division.
Location & Compensation Boynton Beach, FL – Salary range: $135,000 – $160,000
Responsibilities
Drive high‑volume commercial and fleet truck sales to businesses, municipalities, and organizations
Lead and grow a commercial sales team focused on quantity truck purchases
Manage key B2B accounts and long‑term fleet relationships
Oversee pricing, contracts, manufacturer fleet programs, and performance metrics
Expand commercial market presence across South Florida
Requirements
10+ years of automotive dealership experience
Proven success in commercial or fleet truck sales leadership
Strong background selling trucks to businesses and organizations
Executive‑level leadership and negotiation skills
