Overview The Head of Product is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Real‑Time Location Systems portfolio. This leader will guide product discovery, oversee execution, and collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams to deliver innovative, high‑value RTLS solutions. The role combines strategic market understanding with hands‑on product leadership to drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth across the business.
Responsibilities
Define the long‑term product strategy and vision for our RTLS portfolio.
Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends to guide strategic prioritization.
Build and own a multi‑year roadmap aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing product team.
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and operations.
Establish best‑practice processes for product discovery, requirements, and release management.
Translate customer requirements and business objectives into clear product specs and user stories.
Run data‑driven product cycles with strong execution focus and predictable delivery.
Partner with engineering leadership to ensure products ship on time, with high quality and measurable impact.
Own product performance metrics: adoption, retention, ARR, and customer satisfaction.
Evaluate build/buy/partner decisions for new capabilities.
Support pricing strategy, packaging, and go‑to‑market planning.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
A lower‑level degree combined with additional relevant experience is required.
10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience with RTLS, IoT, indoor positioning, wireless technologies (BLE, UWB, Wi‑Fi), or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred.
Proven success defining and launching complex B2B or enterprise platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights from data and customer feedback.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and balance strategic priorities with execution.
