Senior Provider Outreach & Growth Partner
Above and Beyond Therapy

Base Pay Range:
$80,000 – $90,000 per year
Additional Compensation:
Annual Bonus
Key Responsibilities
Travel across Nebraska to meet diagnosing doctors, PCPs, schools, daycares, PTs, OTs, SLPs, hospitals, autism groups, and other key healthcare providers.
Schedule and conduct in‑person visits (average eight appointments per day on Tuesday‑Thursday).
Initiate introductory phone calls to new providers, schedule appointments, and introduce services.
Transition regular check‑ins via phone after establishing relationships.
Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions with providers, tracking progress, feedback, and next steps.
Attend weekly meetings with the VP of Physician Partnerships and State Director of Operations to review progress and strategize.
Research and identify new providers in the region and explore collaboration opportunities.
Represent the organization at public community events (2 per month) including autism awareness initiatives, fundraisers, runs/walks, and conferences.
Organize and participate in private community events every three months (e.g., Skyzone, petting zoos, trunk or treat, holiday events).
Actively engage in local Facebook groups, Instagram, and LinkedIn to promote services and increase community visibility.
Share relevant content to engage with community and providers, fostering a positive image.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in liaison, sales, or outreach, preferably in healthcare or therapy.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
Comfortable with frequent travel across Nebraska.
Self‑motivated and able to manage a flexible schedule.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
