This hybrid role is performed from home and a LinkedIn office as determined by business needs. The location is San Francisco or Sunnyvale. Our Ecosystem Analytics team seeks a Sr. Associate to deliver strategic insights and build analytical data products that empower Ecosystem Strategic Finance stakeholders. The role blends business strategy, data analysis, and technical implementation, for example developing forecasting models and deploying Python‑based Dash web applications. These data products drive growth, health, and value across the LinkedIn member ecosystem. Responsibilities
Contribute to strategy development and operationalize ideas for ecosystem growth. Develop and maintain forecasting models for key metrics such as DAU. Perform ad hoc analyses to validate hypotheses and inform decision‑making. Communicate insights and implications to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. Build and deploy analytical data products using Python (e.g., Dash apps). Query and transform data using SQL and manage version control with Git. Collaborate effectively to support decision‑making on analytics and technical deliverables. Create, maintain, and update models and forecasts for assigned metrics. Access, transform, and synthesize data from multiple sources to assess signals, trends, and risks. Execute ad hoc analyses to address well‑defined business questions and derive actionable insights. Support the culture and values of the organization, including diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Seek out feedback and provide constructive feedback to colleagues. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or technical operations. Experience with SQL for data querying and transformation. Experience with Python, including Dash or similar frameworks. Experience with Git for version control. Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with data visualization and dashboarding best practices. Analytical and communication skills; ability to present recommendations to senior leadership. Compensation
The pay range for this role is $98,000 to $158,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a candidate’s skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
