Responsibilities
Assist with the daily operations of the spa.
Manage the spa boutique, meeting sales goals with a mindful eye for detail.
Ensure every guest receives a phenomenal and consistent experience.
Proactively address and manage operational and staff concerns.
Maintain a typical schedule of Wednesday‑Sunday, with flexibility for evening hours as scheduled.
Qualifications
Preference for 2+ years experience in day spa, hotel/hospitality, retail management, or cosmetics sales/management.
Experience in client/guest relations and management is required.
Leadership, excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills.
Team‑player with a positive attitude.
Computer and organizational skills, retailing, and training background.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
