Lead Epoxy Flooring Installer – Kaloutas
Lead Industrial Flooring Installer – Epoxy & Polished Concrete.
Pay: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience).
Locations: Haverhill, MA • Worcester, MA • Waltham, MA.
What You’ll Do
Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders and other equipment.
Install epoxy flooring systems and polished concrete finishes.
Apply coatings and finishes to meet quality standards.
Operate tools and equipment safely.
Work with Foreman/Field Manager and flooring crew.
Complete jobs on time with high-quality results.
Requirements
3+ years of commercial or industrial flooring experience.
OSHA 10 certification.
Experience with urethane and mortar systems.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Professional communication on job sites.
Basic math skills (square footage, ratios, unit conversions).
Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and smartphone.
Ability to wear PPE and follow all safety policies.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Pass a background check for our facilities.
