Your Opportunity: Lead a High-Potential, High-Growth Region PBC Linear is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States— a consultative, engineering-minded commercial leader who knows how to drive OEM growth and develop high-performing sales teams.

You’ll represent a 40-year, US-based manufacturer known for innovation, American-made quality, and solving complex engineering challenges across the automation and linear motion landscape. You’ll have full ownership of a legacy-rich, strategically important region with tremendous runway for expansion.

What You’ll Do

Grow OEM sales

through proactive outreach, engineering collaboration, and technical problem-solving.

Strengthen and expand

key distribution partnerships

to drive pull-through revenue.

Coach, mentor, and elevate

a team of Territory Sales Representatives across the region.

Build a culture rooted in

accountability, productivity, consistency, and positivity.

Exceed revenue and margin goals

across a fast-growing, strategically important territory.

Compensation & Benefits

$130,000 – $150,000 base salary

Uncapped commission + additional bonus opportunity

Company car, laptop, and corporate credit card provided

Work remotely; travel within your region
