Material Control Analyst – Leidos

Leidos Defense Systems, part of the Defense Systems sector, is seeking a Material Control Analyst to join our Platform Integration team. The role focuses on efficient management of materials and logistics in the defense sector, ensuring optimal inventory control and supply chain processes to support high‑quality defense solutions.
Responsibilities
Process incoming hardware and raw material for inventory.
Create labeling to identify material receipts.
Perform inventory control tasks within DELTEK Costpoint management system.
Process incoming and outgoing subcontract materials and assemblies.
Communicate and coordinate with Production Control Planners.
Move materials between an Inventory Management Warehouse and Production Floor using a forklift or pallet jack.
Maintain an Inventory Bin System to store materials.
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma/GED with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Experience working in the manufacturing industry or relevant inventory experience.
Candidate must be able to routinely lift objects up to 35-45 pounds.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be a U.S. citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Inventory control experience with knowledge of Hazmat and shipping/receiving functions.
2 years of applicable working experience in the manufacturing industry or relevant inventory experience.
Experience using DELTEK Costpoint, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pay Range $35,750.00 - $64,625.00
