About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and driven
Mortgage Loan Officer
to join our expanding team in the
San Francisco Bay Area . This is a
full-time, hybrid role
with the flexibility to work both remotely and from local offices.
You’ll work directly with clients to understand their home financing needs, present tailored loan options, and guide them through the lending process with clarity and care. You’ll also collaborate closely with our processing and underwriting teams to ensure each loan is handled smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Originate mortgage loans and manage the process from application to close
Educate clients on loan programs and help them select the best option for their goals
Maintain full compliance with lending regulations and company standards
Provide top-tier customer service and ongoing client support
Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with real estate agents and partners
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Loan Officer, with solid knowledge of mortgage products and lending guidelines
Understanding of underwriting processes and documentation requirements
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
Active NMLS license
