Job Description Our Private Equity Fund Services team is seeking an Associate to support accounting and finance operations for private equity funds. This position is ideal for professionals at the start of their accounting and finance careers and offers continuous learning and development programs.
Responsibilities
Record daily journal entries and review cash reporting.
Help prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages and financial statements for management approval.
Prepare capital calls and distributions for management approval.
Coordinate delivery of capital call and distribution notices to clients and investors.
Prepare and review correspondence with client investors to address inquiries.
Manage client investor portals.
Coordinate and complete special projects as directed by management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
BBA/BS in Accounting or related field required.
CPA license (or in process) preferred.
0–1 year of experience with a public accounting firm, investment bank, or financial services industry (or general interest in supporting private equity fund operations).
Excellent communication, time‑management, planning, and problem‑solving skills; ability to multitask.
Professional written and verbal communication skills with clients.
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and strong work ethic.
Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of Investran or other partnership accounting software a plus.
