A growing financial institution in Jacksonville, Florida, seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and position the organization for success. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of CFO experience, a strong background in finance and accounting, and exceptional leadership skills. The CFO will oversee financial activities, support the CEO, and mentor the finance team. A BS in Accounting or Finance, an MBA or CPA is preferred.
