Sales Specialist, Washington D.C.

– Full‑time hourly range $23.72–$26.22.
Responsibilities
Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals as part of a boutique team.
Organize and prioritize the selling floor, ensuring all items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbon, stationary, etc.) are stocked at all times and maintained to straightening, filling and replenishment standards.
Process all transactions accurately, including receipts, CRM files, and provide after‑sales service when needed.
Collaborate with management on POS decisions, communicate discrepancies during opening, closing and general POS variances by end of day.
Comply with asset protection procedures (sign‑in sheets, bag checks, key control, merchandise security, physical EAS tagging, ticketing, cycle counts).
Consistently deliver high levels of client service in line with Hermès standards: prompt greeting, offer assistance, answer questions and assist with wrapping and packaging at POS.
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience, luxury environment preferred.
Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
Even‑tempered with ability to continuously multi‑task.
Self‑starter capable of working independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
Strong organizational skills and open availability to accommodate business needs.
Ability to lift between 0–25 lbs without assistance.
