Lead Full Stack Developer (React.js/NodeJS) Full-Time
Location: Westlake, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week, moving to 5 days onsite per week in Feb 2026)
Duration: FTE/Permanent
Role: Lead Full Stack Developer (React.js/NodeJS) Full-Time
Technical Team Lead / Lead Developer: Lead architect level, highly skilled with full stack architecture development. Experience working as Lead of a Development POD in an Agile environment. Highly proficient in React.js and NodeJS. PERN stack experience preferred: React Frontend, Node backend, JavaScript and TypeScript, NestJS and NextJS. Devote 50% or more of capacity to performing tasks as an individual contributor.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with React.js and Node.js.
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Solid knowledge of React and Redux principles.
Experience with CI/CD, Source Control such as Git.
Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design, and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures.
Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance.
Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle.
Experience with iPaaS, Salesforce Apex, Styled-components, Heroku, Heroku-connect (Preferred).
