What We Do Our engineers build scalable software, low‑latency infrastructure, guard against cyber threats, and leverage machine learning to turn data into action.
Job Description Lead the design and implementation of critical components, focus on code quality, automation, and testability. Work front‑to‑back as a Lead Engineer, collaborate with product owners, designers, and business clients.
Responsibilities
Develop full‑stack applications with security and SDLC considerations.
Collaborate with product managers, business operations, and engineers to define product requirements.
Participate in system design consulting and platform management.
Build resilient, scalable, and secure modules using cloud‑native services.
Prioritize multiple tasks and use sound judgment.
Maintain documentation for team processes, best practices, and software runbooks.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of relevant professional experience with a modern programming language.
Proven leadership of engineering teams delivering complex products.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑direction environment.
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
Passion for technology and engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Financial Services or FinTech.
Experience with AWS.
Experience with microservice architectures.
Experience with distributed systems design.
Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and NoSQL (Dynamo/MongoDB).
Comfort with Agile operating models.
