Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Baltimore, MD that is seeking a Data Analyst. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI to inform operational and strategic decisions
Configure, manage, and enhance SharePoint environments, including sites, libraries, workflows, and permissions, ensuring effective collaboration and governance
Streamline Excel-based processes using advanced functions, Power Query, Power Pivot, macros, and system integrationsIdentify and implement automation opportunities for manual workflows using tools such as Power Automate or comparable technologies
Consolidate and validate data from diverse sources, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and clear documentation standards
Assess current systems and recommend improvements to optimize technology performance
Diagnose and resolve technical and data-related issues across reporting, automation, and collaboration platforms
Deliver training and ongoing support for dashboards, automated tools, and system functionality to team members
Uphold best practices for data security, access management, and information governance
Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, and dashboard creation
Expert-level Excel skills with experience in automation, Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros
Hands‑on experience managing and customizing SharePoint environments
Proven ability to automate workflows within Microsoft tools and integrated systems
Solid understanding of technology infrastructure, software applications, and system architecture
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Skilled in documenting processes and creating user-friendly technical guides
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
