Your Role And Responsibilities The SAP CRM Lead will spearhead CRM projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the client’s business objectives. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and technical teams, to gather requirements and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. The lead will design and implement SAP CRM solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. They will provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Design, configure, test and migration of SAP CRM Sales, and Services modules to SAP S/4HANA CE, SAP CX

SAP S/4 HANA, ABAP, ISU, Fiori, OData Services, CM, LTMC, Object Modeler (LTMOM) and EMIGALL with a primary focus on SAP Data Migration, Data Integrations, and Conversions with SAP Data Quality Management of Legacy Data into SAP S/4HANA CE / CX

IS-U Objects like Installations, Premise, Business Partner, Device, Tech Install, Bill Install, Meter Reading, Move-In, Installation Facts, Profile, Disconnection Objects

HANA Modeling, Native Development on HANA, SQL script, and ABAP on HANA open SQL development, and SAP NetWeaver Gateway, and OData services

One Order Framework, Contract Management, Opportunity Management, Activity Management, Quotation, Order Management, WebClient UI functions, WebClient UI profiles

RICEFW (Reports ALV/SAP ALV, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements (Exits, BADIs, BTEs, Implicit/Explicit Enhancement Points, etc.), Forms (Scripts, Smartforms, Adobe forms, Module Pool / Dialog Programming (ECC GUI) and Workflows) developments
