The Opportunity As a software engineer on the Monetization Growth organization, you will be a critical part of the team building delightful experiences driving customer value and tangible business growth. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about designing, developing, testing and improving software products and experiences to deliver Adobe magic to millions of our customers worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong technical skills along with the ability to work with a diverse, distributed multi‑functional team.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, ship and own new features, user interfaces and application components for Adobe’s mobile apps.
Enable running in‑product experiments and personalized experiences. Integrate and optimize commerce workflows within our apps to help grow the business and customer base.
Work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team, with clear and constructive communication. Mentor junior engineers.
Partner with product management, design, and other developers to understand customer problems and build pragmatic solutions to alleviate them.
What You Need To Succeed
BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or a similar role.
Strong technical background and analytical abilities, with hands‑on experience in developing complex Android applications.
Expertise in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
Grasp of software engineering best practices and architectural design patterns.
Excellent oral and written communication. Ability to clearly articulate and explain complex ideas.
Prior experience publishing one or more apps on Google Play Store preferred.
Compensation Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is
$139,000 – $257,550
annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range is
$177,900 – $257,550
and in Washington, the pay range is
$161,700 – $234,150 .
