What You’ll Do
Lead engagements from start to finish, including planning, supervising, and completing the audit while managing client deadlines and performance against budget.
Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring continued engagement beyond audit weeks.
Supervise audit associates, performing detailed reviews of their work and providing training and coaching.
Assist with business development, proposals, networking, public presentations, and recruiting.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of generally accepted governmental auditing standards and nonprofit GAAP.
Who You Are
At least three years of recent auditing experience with a public accounting firm.
Actively pursuing or holding a CPA license.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience training and managing associates.
Located in the Seattle area (ideal).
Nonprofit GAAP and Uniform Guidance audit experience is preferred.
Leadership experience and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.
Benefits
Fully remote or hybrid work location.
Compensation $80,000–$110,000, depending on experience and location.
