Customer Success Specialist – Tuvoli Tuvoli is transforming how private aviation does business. Our innovative platform combines a feature‑rich charter booking toolset with a modern, secure payment solution that simplifies and accelerates transactions across the industry.

We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about aviation technology and committed to delivering exceptional customer experience. This person will serve as a trusted partner to our users—supporting them through onboarding, training, and long‑term adoption of our platform.

What You’ll Do

Guide new charter operators and brokers through onboarding and implementation

Deliver engaging product training to drive adoption and satisfaction

Provide responsive, thoughtful support to users via Zendesk (email, chat, phone)

Troubleshoot issues and escale effectively when needed

Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and advocating for their success

Participate in product testing and feedback loops to improve the user experience

Share on‑call duties with the team

Communicate clearly and patiently across a wide range of user backgrounds and technical levels

Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer‑focused improvements

What We’re Looking For

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

2+ years in a customer success, support, or account management role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—empathetic, clear, and approachable

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Technical aptitude and comfort with learning new platforms

Experience using Zendesk or other customer service platforms (a plus)

Experience with payment or banking (a plus)

Background or interest in aviation or travel is highly desirable
