Eagle Fire is seeking a

Director of Sales Development

to lead and optimize a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for generating new business opportunities across our commercial fire protection services.

sales enablement , and

— ensuring consistent lead generation, qualification, and conversion into revenue-driving opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and understands how to motivate and develop sales talent while leveraging data, technology, and process discipline to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

Build, lead, and mentor a team of high-velocity SDRs to exceed pipeline generation goals.

Develop and execute strategic plans for outbound engagement and lead qualification.

Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership to refine lead qualification criteria and improve handoff processes.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Coaching & Development

Recruit, train, and coach SDRs for peak performance and career growth.

Conduct regular call coaching sessions and skill development workshops.

Recognize and reward high performers to sustain a high-energy, success-driven culture.

Operational Management

Oversee daily SDR operations, ensuring metrics such as call volume, appointment setting, and opportunity creation are met or exceeded.

Implement efficient workflows, scripts, and engagement best practices.

Leverage Salesforce and dialer technologies to maximize team productivity and data accuracy.

Track and report KPIs, providing insight-driven recommendations to leadership.

Process Improvement & Innovation

Continuously refine sales development processes for greater scalability and efficiency.

Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate campaign performance and feedback loops.

Explore and adopt new tools, automation, and analytics to improve productivity and conversion.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

7+ years of progressive experience in inside sales or call center leadership, preferably in a B2B or services environment.

Proven success leading SDR or inside sales teams in a high-velocity setting.

Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, and sales funnel optimization.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and motivational leadership skills.

Fire protection ,

building services , or

facilities management

experience is a strong plus.

Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license with acceptable record per company policy.

Ability to pass a background check and adhere to company substance and alcohol standards.

Ability to sit, stand, and use office equipment for extended periods.
