About the Role:
Manage complex tax engagements for businesses and individuals
Review tax returns and provide technical guidance
Collaborate with leadership on client strategy and planning
Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive team culture
Identify opportunities for client growth and advisory services

Qualifications:
CPA certification required
5+ years of public accounting experience in tax
Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
Competitive base salary ($120K–$140K) + Busy Season Bonus
PTO dependent on level + Summer Fridays (half‑day Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day)
CPE paid and CPA exam support
