The selected individual will join an experienced team of real estate investors and asset managers and will design and execute comprehensive asset-level business plans for an assigned portfolio of multifamily assets.

Responsibilities

Serve as the owner’s representative, overseeing the physical and financial health of each assigned asset, including regular site visits.

Analyze property and market fundamentals to develop and execute asset-level business plans aligned with investment objectives.

Manage third-party property management partners to implement strategies, drive efficiencies, and enhance property performance.

Review and interpret sales, marketing, operations, and financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to identify opportunities to improve performance.

Prepare monthly profitability analyses and internal reports on proforma, budget, and same-store performance.

Develop and monitor annual operating and capital budgets; analyze variances against prior year and proforma.

Negotiate contracts and oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring compliance with lender requirements and tracking ROI.

Maintain deep knowledge of each asset’s market, submarket, and competitive positioning.

Collaborate with operating partners, lenders, insurers, tax consultants, vendors, and contractors to achieve investment goals.

Contribute to the Bridge Partners development and implementation of asset management best practices, tools, and technologies.

Proactively manage property-level risk to minimize physical and liability losses and protect both physical assets and company reputation.

Support the investment team in evaluating acquisitions, conducting due diligence, and facilitating financings and dispositions.

Partner with Accounting and Investor Relations to address investor inquiries and provide asset highlights for reporting.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in multifamily asset or property management.

Self-directed and able to independently prioritize tasks and projects, make decisions, and take initiative to drive results without close supervision.

Proven ability to design and implement strategies that improve property and portfolio performance.

Strong financial modeling and accounting skills; meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills across platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to evaluate options, develop strategy and implement solutions.

Collaborative team player, adaptable to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Construction management and real estate accounting experience are a plus.

Knowledge of Section 8, Section 42, and student housing desired but not required.

Willingness to travel.
